After deciding to create a unique timepiece for the rigors of the Hollywood 'set life', ToneMesa's Daniel S. McCoy, CAS discovered Human Time Project and immediately identified with their mission of giving watches to healthcare workers. 

After careful collaboration with Human Time Project, ToneTime.LA was created. The importance of the design basics was crucial to McCoy as the watch had to be functional and classically designed. Function meant reading night and day, therefore a LUMOS dial was added. The paracord strap was another function that was considered as in case of any emergency, the user has a long strange of 400 lb tensile strength to use. A durable 44 mm aeronautic stainless steel case was chosen that has an upgraded Miyota quartz movement.

A portion of the proceeds from each ToneTime watch sold will contribute to the cause of Human Time Project, helping their ongoing donation mission of watches to healthcare workers in developing countries.
